We are representing a firm that has developed many proprietary and patented processes relating to Room Temperature Wet Chemical Growth of Silicon Oxide (RTWCG).
These processes can be used to reduce various costs associated with the fabrication of high-efficiency silicon solar cells. Our Client’s RTWCG process replaces, by means of a single chemical bath emersion process typically lasting thirty to eighty seconds, multiple more expensive manufacturing steps. The process is an elegant and simple way of creating parameters well known to increase PV cell efficiency, but which are otherwise cost prohibitive in the commercial PV world. Low production cost coupled with substantial improvements in efficiency versus traditional cells portend that our Client’s RTWCG technology can capture a commanding competitive position in the solar photovoltaic market.
The Room Temperature Wet Chemical Growth (RTWCG) of SiOX thin film technology has applications in the following fields:

Due to ease of integration, and high level of process work, our Client’s initial RTWCG commercialization effort is for the Photovoltaic Cell (PV) industry.
Our Client has been developing its patent, and patent pending, RTWCG process since 1995 (10 patents have been granted, 12 more have been published). In connection therewith, they received seven figure funding from DARPA, BMDO (SBIR Phase I, and Phase II), NASA and other sources. Our Client is now free to seek new strategic partners for its RTWCG technologies.
Our client is seeking $2.5 million USD in equity investment. Funds will be used for commercializing its RTWCG technology. Alternately, they will consider an offer to purchase all of their patents, which in aggregate they have valued at $30 million USD.
If this is of interest, once an NDA is signed, meetings can be set for qualified investors or purchasers with our Client’s C-Level management and/or our Client’s development and deployment engineers. NDA is required for preliminary package crafted by ProNova Partners.
