We’re representing an ISP that wants to niche-down and focus on the core business opportunity and divest a stable, solid book of MSP clients that just need a little TLC to keep the MRR flowing.
Clients are on a mostly standard MSP model of monthly recurring subscription (~$16k/mo) based support and management based on number of workstations, servers, network devices and tablets/phones focused mostly on automation and remote work, but also includes some onsite project work for upgrades or migrations to new hardware as needed in normal tech refreshing or migrations to cloud software.
They also charge monthly or yearly for cloud file storage, backups, and firewalls subscriptions. Most hardware they mark up ~20% and software 30% to 40%.
NDA is required for comprehensive first round package crafted by ProNova Partners.
