We want you to be the best at selling enterprises within 2-5 SIC codes that you enjoy selling the most and speak that industry’s specific “language”. You must be a self-starter who takes responsibility for the business, capable of working long hours and thrive in a fast-paced competitive environment. You must demonstrate the ability to set priorities, be coachable, and work on a commission only compensation plan.

We want motivated individuals that are smart, over-achievers. You must be trustworthy and know the meaning of integrity as this is our first core value. You must be passionate about executing bold strategic goals, and bring value to our clients through Merger & Acquisitions (M&A), Valuation, Capital Raising and Strategic Advisory services we deliver to our current and future client base.

Our firm wants exceptional critical thinkers and strong writers who have the ability to analyze not only financials but all of the complexities of a business. Our fees are earned by representing both buyers and sellers, performing market research, creating valuations, anticipating buyer objections, and having strong follow-up, negotiating and closing skills.

You must have:

(Or be willing to pay for your own) California Real Estate License if you want to sell business opportunities based in California (the bulk of our inbound leads at this time). [If you do not plan on selling CA businesses and you’re not in a “regulated state” this is N/A]

Proven experience in business development and/or related specialty areas.

Strong sales and analytical skills.

Excellent written & verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.

Familiarity with MS computer applications such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Full immersion and adoption of our ProNova Partners CRM platform designed for M&A.

Strong organizational skills and the persistence and fortitude to babysit clients throughout the long M&A process.


Bachelor’s or (MBA) or other related advanced degrees. Proven previous experience and/or expert within a select industry either through prior business ownership or senior level management.

Previous experience and familiarity with budget oversight, project management, and financial statements (P&L, balance sheet).

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

What we will do:

We will provide you with all of the marketing, transaction management technology tools, and sales leads that you need to be successful.

We provide you with leads on an ongoing basis.

Our compensation program is one that rewards productivity and longevity.

We will provide a dialer for lead generation in non-California/non-regulated states (while waiting for your California R/E license).

We will provide cash incentives during the initial period for generating leads from your cold calling efforts.

Thousands spent monthly for extensive marketing to generate inbound Seller leads for you to nurture.

ProNova Partners CRM designed to automate transaction workflows and follow up – freeing you to focus on what you do best, close deals.

E&O Insurance coverage by the firm.

Beautiful corporate office in SoCal – with more offices sprouting up as we grow over time.

What we won’t do:

We will not pay for your education to obtain your CA Real Estate License

If you need steady reliable income, this is not for you.

We will not pay a salary.
