This auction will close on Monday, June 27, 2022, at 4 p.m. Pacific time. The winning bidder will be notified by email and by text message before 6 p.m. Pacific time. In the event of two bids are for the same amount, top bidders will be given until 5 p.m., Pacific time to submit their highest and best offer.

Facilities:

The monthly lease is $8,500.00 for the 8,150 square foot space with a 25-foot ceiling height and security cameras.
The existing lease expires in October. To be independently confirmed – the buyer of the equipment will have the option of moving the equipment out of the industrial unit or negotiating a new lease.
