Rick Carlson is the Founder/CEO of ProNova Partners.
After dabbling in business brokerage with VR Business Brokers in Westwood for 3 years from 2006-2009 he launched Ace Business Brokers on Cinco de Mayo 2009.
Closing many transactions as a ‘solopreneur’ for a few years starting in 2016 he began developing a bona fide sales organization and rebranded the firm as ProNova Partners in 2018.
As of ‘Q4 2023 there are over 40 team members spread amongst Advisors and support staff (75/25) all of whom help the firm close approximately a deal per week.
We are a success fee driven lower middle market M&A Advisory firm that targets companies with an enterprise value > $1MM.
