As an M&A Advisor, I provide boutique M&A services including buy-side advising, sell-side advising, business scaling, and other M&A services. I take my training in finance and accounting research and apply the methods and critical thinking to each advising engagement and M&A transaction. In addition, my years of military service established a foundation of integrity, service, and excellence in every relationship that I build and every transaction that I advise.

As an accounting professor I attempt to develop a deeper understanding of accounting information, the people who process accounting information, and better ways to help students internalize implications and preparation of accounting information. My primary research interest is in financial accounting research to include earnings management, fundamental analysis, audit quality, and financial reporting quality. I teach undergraduate and graduate courses in intermediate accounting.

As of 2023 there are over 20 team members spread amongst Advisors and support staff (50/50) all of whom help the firm close approximately a deal per week.
